Isn't Pac his flagbearer? First this greedy ******* agrees immediately to a 50/50 split when Hattons camp is willing to do 55-45 or 52-48. Whats up with this guy? He sounds like He's representing Hatton. He comes up patronizing Manny that he is "lucky" he got him a 50/50 deal.

Pac is Top Rank, Arum should always try to get the best deal for his "boy" and work from there. He ****in compromised the whole negotioation from the outset. Its not like he's dealing with a Rey Bautista here, Pac arguably is the biggest draw in boxing now. Hatton is the same (due to his following) but I would certainly come up to the table that my fighter has more to offer. He basically represents him and should be PACs PR mouth. Everything should be on the down low. Hes really ruined Pacs public image the last week or so.

Somethings going on here, must be some kind of rift because Arum and Pacs camp to go out publicly like this.

It was weird with Arum leaning more on Hatton's side and even making the Pacman look bad in all his recent interviews. Why would Arum risk making his main moneymaker look bad in front of the whole boxing world? Who knows..

Arum negotiated in good faith. Pac was in on the negotiations. Look what happened to Palle with the Miranda debacle. These promoters have to be able to negotiate with each other in good faith. Don't buy into the crap this was done behind Pac's back. This is incredible. Arum gets called a snake by everyone on this board, and now that he is proving to be a man of his word he gets called a snake for doing that. :patsch

Hatton was willing to negotiate, thats why he agreed to a 52-48. Arum was looking for his own interest and was rushing to get the fight signed.

Sure it was done behind Pacs back. Pac wants the lion share and this was never communicated for sure. As for good faith, sure there are other things that can be agreed upon such as the date, UK ppv, venue. But theres no way you can sit there and tell someone that it was 50/50 when pac came back 60/40. Arum didnt know ****.

If Pac wanted the input from his 'homeboy' advisers, he should have gotten it earlier BEFORE agreeing to terms. Again, I don't believe for an instant he was out of the loop here. Arum says he wasn't and I've never seen anything from Pac refuting that. I think this is just what Arum says it is. He goes home, where he walks on water, and undergoes an 'attitude adjustment' from his hangers on.

 You don't know? Arum is a GREEDY SOB! He's about that $$$$$. PAC is greedy too...but not on the scale of Dollars or EUROS....he's got a BIG EGO that he is trying to fulfill! Being the shot caller...getting EXACTLY what he wants was his point of principle b/c of what he believes he means in todays boxing.

ARUM is crying b/c this is money that is out the window! He could care less about the meaning of the fight so long as the dollars are there waiting for him and his FAT ASS POCKETS at the end of the night. You can bet ARUM would have pushed 60/40 for Hatton even being PACs promoter had he thought PAC would agree to it!:rofl

There was never a report saying that Pac agreed on the purse. He probably wasn't expecting Arum to come/end up with a 50/50.

Boxing is business, Arum knows business. This is the real world. The question is whether or not Pac is greedy or not, he is! But Arum didnt represent his fighter the right way, thats the problem. Arum could have just come out right off the bat and say "Your fighter has no legacy" we want more.

He did the same thing to JMM and far worse
