because PBF is "ducking" him, but Witter is not the "real" LW champ and Hatton is ducking him?

The big difference is that Hatton is REALLY ducking witter and Floyd is just looking for the fights that bring the most money.

Comparing their fights @ 147, you could make a case for Cotto, in all honesty.
    Cotto:
Quintana (Now a champion, so right now, this is proving to be a better win than I imagined)
    Zab Judah
Shane Mosley (This is a ****ing solid win @ 147)

    PBF:

    Mitchell
    Zab Judah
    Baldomir
Ricky Hatton (Solid win, but Hatton is not an elite 147lbs'er)

So thus far, Cotto has the better wins @ 147lbs.
For PBF to keep his "real WW champ" status, he needs a good 147lbs opponent, within the year.

Floyd is the real champ until he gets beaten.

If someone else unifies all the belts before Floyd loses, then i will consider that Floyd may not be the champ.

If anybody thinks Cotto is the reak wekterweight champ, they are wrong.

he is however, much liek Witter at 140, the real legitamate, undisputed number one contender and deserves a crack at the Champion!

Are you fabricating arguments in your head now? Everyone for the most part agrees that Floyd is still the man but that Cotto is his biggest threat.

Bah! The debate shouldn't be who's the real champ, thats Mayweather, no doubt. The real question is why is Mayweather doing EVERYTHING except fighting the number one contender? Dancing With the Stars, Dancing with Oscar, MMA...everything except fighting the one guy who could give him a fight. The only reasonable conclusion is...Floyds scared.
