Why is Frank Warren announcing shows without opponents?

    Tyson Fury vs TBA, this is laughable.

    He also did the same with Carl Frampton, James DeGale and Lee Selby.


    Why has Warren started doing this, any ideas?

    Hearn has done the same a few times tbf. I agree it’s annoying sometimes but it’s not a big deal on this occasion - that’s because it’s no secret it’s going to be a patsy opponent so what does it matter what his name is..

    Appears he has a card in Belfast on 30 June with Michael Conlan. Wonder if he will have an opponent before the announcement?

    Joe Ham vs Tyrone McCullagh looks a good fight.

    Fury comeback is the draw. Opponent tbc is commonplace in boxing especially on the smaller shows. Hel have a few options already lined up. He's sorted the venue first and foremost because there will be time slots available for that venue . Opponent should be a formality. That's boxing It's on the edge. It's never plain sailing even with two named fighters. Ggg is still boxing a tbc/tba. I don't see the problem You either want to go and see fury or not

    The opponent was TBA for Khan at the timeOf the press conference to announce he signed with matchroom/fight date.
