Why is Haye getting a pass for ducking again?

I have no stake in either party. I'm just giving an objective opinion. Objectively speaking, Haye has benefited by delaying a fight with either of these guys. It's hard to say he hasn't.

I'm glad you brought up Khan. He and Haye must've went to the same boxing business school. Since being knocked out, Khan has taken on a couple of setups and then cherry picked a title against the weakest beltholder at 140 who didn't have the power or skill to trouble him. Recently, he took on another handpicked oppoenent with name recognition but who was without the power and/or skill to trouble him. Say what you want about either guy, but they're both raising their marketability and standing within the sport without taking much of a risk. Khan is getting all this praise for talking about fighting Mayweather, Pac, Bradley, and Alexander, all while not actually fighting them and taking on handpicked opponents instead. How is this any different than what Haye is doing?

It's different because the hype and interest that Haye created were based on him fighting a Klitschko. Also, with Khan there are several interesting fight that he can take so there is some room going forward. Haye, on the other hand has no one to fight but a Klitschko.

Haye's wife is pregnant..the new and improved excuse.

If it aint one thing its another.

2 weeks ago no one mentioned it now one person does and it becomes a "valid" excuse(for the homers).

Nothing wrong with Haye wanting to cash in a few more fights before Wlad retires him.

Agree. He wants to make some money while he can..........before the hammer comes down on him.......the STEEL hammer.

But as has been said, Haye letting the anticipation for a mega K Brother fight simmer a while longer does make good business sense, even if it does infuriate the boxing fans.

Is the offer still that Haye has to fight Wlad, Vitali, Wlad, a Ukranian mob of goons with bats, then a Vitali rematch?

Got to love those Klitschko fans :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Both their guys waited until Lewis was older than the hills before they dare challenge him, and now we're getting the same bull**** about Haye playing the same game they did all those years ago - it back-fired on VITLAY in a big way and it would have backfired on WALDO too had he been good enough to even make it to contender status in those days.....

Unreal hypocrisy being displayed here, as per ****ing usual. Haye is playing a waiting game yes, but any Klitschko fan that criticises him for that is a damn hypocrite when you consider the ducking that both brothers did in the early 90's to keep from facing Lewis - the one brother that did face him only did it because he thought he'd caught the champ on the slide.....and he had, and still ****ing lost :patsch:rofl:rofl:rofl

It's a **** division folks, has been ever since Lennox hung em up. Haye may well get KO'd by either Klit but in the grand scheme of things does it matter? The best Klitschko lost to the worst Lewis and as far as history is concerned, that's all you need to know about these clowns.

Haye knows that he will lose to the brothers, so he is trying to delay the inevitable. He was willing to fight them up until last year because that was his cash out fight, but now with his phony belt and new found popularity he is willing to act like a coward.

The depressing thing is that he will eventually fight them but when he does after all the hype, he will just come there for a paycheck like all of the other Klit opponents. Haye initially offered hope that he was the one confident enough to bring the fight to the brothers, but after running for 12 rounds against the molasses giant and now outright ducking Wladimir after the champion openly challenged the challenger...it just took much of the hype out of any potential future fight.
