Why is John Ruiz ranked at the # 7 in the top 10 HW rankings ?

    For the WBA Championship so..yeah he was a champion. Tua wasn't. I mean that was my entire point, Tua KOing Ruiz is pretty much Tua's career highlight other than losing to Ibeatahoochie in an outstanding war.

    Also technically I'd say Ruiz is all caught up on his "robbery" meter since he got jobbed twice against Valuev.

    i think we should have ruiz-valuev 3 soon, i know sign of the coming apocolypse, but atleast we could finally see who is the joke and needs to get teh **** out of boxing......

    I think I hate Ruiz more that any 5 fighters in the world...this guy hasn't been exciting since he got KO'd by Tua and hasn't convincingly won a fight in 15 years...what a crock of ****

    Further to that, he's a horrible whiner.

    Everytime he is interview on TV they should show a picture of him wearing the pimp outfit he was sporting for the Jones Jnr fight followed by the footage of that 4th-ish round right hand that sent the spray flying.

    ha ha I agree every time he loses it's a conspiracy to cheat him out of a belt when he has gotten more bs shots that he could have ever deserved...

    good news... a top 10 heavyweight list will be posted on a particular website within a day or two... and although the list will have a flaw or two, there will be no ranking for John Ruiz.

    the funniest part was most people(including me) thought that golota won the fight. Man that was a hard fight to watch. Golota throws a jab, ruiz slips it,lifts his hand like hes gonna counter with a big hook to the body, but instead just wraps his hand around golota's waist :-(
