Whats the point of this fight? I can't understand why Vitali is fighting a Trilobite. Briggs is a dumb **** who is going to be tired after walking to the ring.
Yes, Vitali is 39 years old and Briggs is 38. Vitali fights young and older fighters, he does not care. No matter who Vitali fights his haters will never be satisfied. They hate Vitali and Vlad's guts. The same "sour grapes" haters were Dawson fans. Dawson fought Glen Johnons and lost the first time. Cloud lost to Johnson also. Johnson is 41 years old.
Not "really" though. If you cut both of their arms off, you'd see more rings on Briggs for a variety of reasons. Learn your ****, man. It's just like Sugar Nicky V is way, way older than Holyfield in real physical age.
Vitali has aged much better. You get my point. Briggs has been more of a bodybuilder now than boxer now for like the last 10 years.
Why is Briggs fighting an older man? Vitali would have fought Haye who is much younger, but Haye still refuses to fight him!

Look, Haye has been too tired to fight, and has been having contract issues. Adventually these problems will be resolved.
Let me just say this. It would be easier for me to list the reasons why a Klitschko fight hasn't happend yet, than why it should of happend!!!
Briggs is always dangerous, but I expect him to get beat down somewhere around, let's say, 8 rounds. Since he has been back, it's been all first round KO's. Once Vitali gets him in a few round fight, the ass-whooping is only going to get worse, at least that's what I expect. And I am not saying Briggs will win the first. He has 30 first round KO's, 31 if you count his no-contest, of course mostly against bums. Also, I firmly believe Briggs is an intentional, non-medical reason, roid user. Yeah I know....DUUHHH!!!
