Gaye and Adamek get tanned by either Klitschko, so whats the difference of them fighting? Purely academic. Would M(G)ayweather beat Berto? Yes, of course. So why do we need a fight to show that he is p4p #1. Look at M(G)ayweather beat in his last two: lightweight Marquez, and Ol' man Mosley.
Wlad beat two quality contendors/beltholders in Chamber and Chagaev.Come on man

get out you really think they were quality contender? REALLY! get the hell out man . . . there is no quality in the HW division outside of the bros . . . I think the jury is still out on haye and admeck. Lets see SMM was #3 p4p and WW champ until he faced floyd. JMM was 3-4 p4p until he faced floyd, Oscar was a much bigger man with every thing negotiated in his advantage and former p4per. Hatton was #1 @140 and in the top 5 p4p when he beat him.

but p4p is not based resume. when it comes to p4p it is skill (quite often the best way to gauge skill is with the level of competition). If wklit was the same weight as a Juanma, chris john or Gamboa who would you pick? how about sergio? bute? ward? if you are honest with yourself and do not bury yourself in the race card you would see that all these guys are better fighter p4p.

Based on skill, Klit does well in any division. Jmm and SSM, hell, even Hatton were questionable as p4p IMO. Wlad will be P4P top 10 after he whips Haye and Adamek

if he beats either or both...... yes.......but he need to fight a real challenge and stop cherry picking fat guys. His fights aren't even on tv anymore b/c all his does is paw the jab for 10 rounds, then land a couple rights agaisnt fat slow guys. This will not work against haye or adamek

I think the kbros have the skill level of kessler . . . who many thought was the best at 168 for a while but after getting by the limit froch everyone had to re-asses their placement of him.

i think he whips haye and adamek but I think they are not very good at heavy . . . cruisers they were great but heavy not so much . If Adamek was still LHW I think based on his skill set he could be in the mid top ten p4p . . . but he did not improve his power or stamina when he moved up so you really can't put him in there. But i think the jury is still out on Haye and adamek.

For me when i think of super heavyweights i think about how they would compared to a prime Lennox. he was the most fluid super big man every. he could easily flow from offence to defense. watching old films of him I can see that he had the skill to compete with any one at any weight . . . I just do not see that in either of the Kbros. Yes, destroyed everyone in front of them . . . but none of the heavys today outside of the bros) would be able to compete at an earlier era.

even Hatton . . . over SSM and JJM! did you see what JMM did against Pac over two fights?he hung in the with the number 1 or 2 guy p4p and some say he won both fights and SSM destroyed the indestructible his last fight. not to slag hatton, but out of those three i thought you would have said his name was questionable . . . WOW

They did not mind it when Lewis was taller than all his opponents. Ali fought Quarry, Ali was 6 feet 3 inches tall and Quarry was only 5 feet 10 inches tall! Where was the uproar then?

Hatton mauled zu (he did win though and it was a solid win) but i think JMM coming back to DRAW Pac in there first fight after 3 knockdowns was amazing. I am a Pac fan and I was shaking in my boots until they read card in the end and the same for the second fight. I think the draw and close sd lose to manny is much more impressive then beating zu.

you're right, Id forgotten that 1st one was a draw. Those 3 kd's were what was memorable from that fight..a win is a win though, I guess
