Since the Mosley fight, Floyd has fought Ortiz who before the fight was less than 50% of Floyd's boxrec rating. So after the full 18 months had passed from the Mosley fight, they calculated the difference between the percentage Ortiz' rating was in comparison to Floyd's own, subtracted that from 50%, and that was the percentage of Floyd's rating that was deducted. He went from a rating of like 1600 or 1700 to like 1350
