uummm.. no. catchweights have existed since the beginning of boxing and many titles have been exchanged in catchweight fights. just because you don't like what the 2 boxers who are actually doing the fighting have agreed on doesn't mean it's not legit. The only fighting you'll be doing November 13 is with the person trying to eat the last chip on the snack dish while you watch Pac and Marg go at it.
Any self respecting Pac fan would wonder why Pac did not let Cotto come in at 147 when he had no problem with Clottey at that weight and is now fighting above welter.
It dont bother me one little bit that this is a title fight. A guy who is claimed to be the p44 best can fight whoever he wants when he has that many credits to his name. Think about how much bigger a circle of fighters Pacman has to choose from.Challenges will be made by the guys who think they are the real champs. How many top guns live in the division anyway????? Forcing Pac to go up to Middleweight is immoral . I don't mind seeing Pac take on Paul Williams at 154lbs. I would like to see Pac atleast struggle on a fight before retiring.
