Both great fighters, but Floyd's personality and actions outside the ring will mean that he will not be remembered as fondly as Pacquaio in the record books.

This doesn't make Pac a better fighter and it's clear he doesn't really care about it nearly as much as Floyd. Pacquaio just suits the word "Great" much more that Floyd, to whom the words "superior" or successful suits better.
