Then why not give him all UK money and let Wlad have everything else? Or do you really consider them to be equal draws worldwide? :patsch

Well Wlad only gets HBO money if he fights Haye so split that as well and i'd say that's a fair deal.
Haye gets all UK TV and 50% of HBO, Wlad gets everything else... Haye would still be getting paid more

Exactly. If Haye wants his UK money for himself (which is bull**** because the draw is him fighting a Klitschko not him showing off his pecs) then the split should not be 50/50 but more like 70/30 or even 80/20.

Fifty fifty means a split down the middle. Not a split down the middle on everything Wlad generates as well but everything for Haye what he feels he generates. Haye is a greedy diva who is out of touch with reality.

Split the HBO money because without Haye Wlad doesn't get any and Wlad can have the rest... sounds fair to me

Wlad doesn't want all the German money. He's contracted to one station. Haye is bitching because that means he can't maximise the money from the Germany market. Either he's looking for an excuse or its a sad example of being penny wise and pound foolish.

It's more a case that Haye isn't happy he is bringing more money to the table than Wlad in the first place because Wlad is tied into a contract and refuses to explore other avenues to maximise territory income.

Hayes Terriroty income (UK PPV) is significantly larger and therefore wants Wlad to bring more to the table. Wlad refuses so Haye said OK... we keep our territory income and split the rest. In this case Haye would have an overall bigger purse for the fight which Wlad didn't agree to. I can understand both sides of the coin

Saying that Klitshko is a no name in the UK is plain wrong. I know the brothers aren't as popular world wide as past heavyweight champs, but they've been at the top of the division for a whole decade. Everybody mildly interrested in boxing (and most of their mothers) knows the Klitshkos.

It's true that Haye will be the one who'll attract the more casuals fans in the UK (and even people who aren't that interrested in boxing). However, those same people will be more interrested in spending their money to see their guy against a recognizable name like Wladimir Klitshko, than against the Arreolas of this world.

Anyway, I'm just arguing for the sake of arguing. I don't believe that revenue sharing is the problem here...

Maybe Haye should have thought about this *BEFORE* he called out the Klitschkos and promised all of us he will knock them out? :huh:lol:

Why did haye Ruiz only do about half the buys as Haye - Valuev:patsch Because there are two people in the ring, Haye does not generate all those viewers on his own... Put him in with Peter and you put him in there with Wlad which fight generates more buys :nut:patsch
