But even so you can't have him ranked ahead. The guy needs some sort of resume. Tarver, Johnson, and Adamek are 3 fighters on Dawson's resume that are better than anyone Pascal has beat. The guy has 3 wins at 175 with 2 coming from the same guy. I like Pascal. But that's like if I think Danny Jacobs beats Sergio Martinez that I'd have him ranked higher. It's nonsense.
It's just Europeans or something man. Maybe it's not even them but either way, don't get caught up in it. They resort to calling him boring among other things because the guy doesn't try to get hit in the face. He does what he has to do to hit you with good shots and not get hit in return. And if he does get hit, it's with minimal power because of how he works. But instead of calling him great, they knock him and say he's boring, and I never want to watch him fight, and he's a ugly fighter, because they're too butt hurt to admit the truth. The kid is going to be a P4P type guy, and the favorite to win the tournament.
Ye i thought about that myself. dawson has the best resume by a mile. if they werent due to fight, i would class dawson as #1. i know that sounds backwards. but it is like this. they are fighting in august, and i expect pascal to beat dawson. i cant class dawson as the man if i expect him to lose his next fight. then again, my rating assumes that pasca will win, which he hasnt yet done. dawson is top of the rankings, but i rate pascal as the best talent in that division.

I think the 'hate' is unfair. People criticize him for a dull, unentertaining style but that's got to be going on one fight. He managed to be impressive and entertaining against Miranda and Kessler. I think Green was as much to fault as anyone for their fight being ****. He's been incredibly dominant in his last three victories, against top ten opposition in his division.
I would have to suspect since that Andre Ward is a great white hope. I have seen Wards father, he looked like the Dog the Bounty Hunter.
