Yes, the guy who costs more and generates less is the A-Side... some serious economic thinking going on :D

Hmm brings no tv ratings and yet his fight vs dawson and a bum like rodriguez was 1.3 million and 1.2 million??? <<Hmm basically the same type of ratings as ggg??? When ward fought smith it was on BET network. <<I mean seriously come on. If GGG fought at BET network it would be under 300k tv ratings.

well, since BET is a program for the AA community, no doubt GGG would do under 300K views

GGG is selling in ticket sells cause most of his fights is on hbo and the arena is the popular arena in the world msg. I meam seriously bring in better facts. If ggg fought vs c level fighters on BET tv the ratings would still do very good?????

An A-side can sell tickets, sell PPV's, and gets good ratings on network tv. Ward is none of those things. GGG has 2 of them. Boxing is about money. When your promoter is having to pay for tickets and the air time how is that a profitable business venture? :huh

    No.

I'm sorry but Hopkins was beating better opposition during his paper title run @ 160.

I think the whole point is Ward having to fight on BET in the first place.

I'm willing to argue my point and substantiate it with the relevant evidence. Hopkins fought the better opposition during his paper title run @ 160. Period, end of...

Lets not pretend as if the Triple Duck has not recently had fights NOT televised by HBO...

You've got to give me something harder to defeat than this pitiful argument.
You're using, probably unwittingly, the Fallacy of Wrong Direction, wherein you reverse cause and effect. You are saying GGG is popular because he fights at MSG and on HBO, but that's backwards. He fights at MSG and remains on HBO BECAUSE he's popular. The popularity came first. Without the popularity, he wouldn't be on HBO any longer and wouldn't be fighting at these large venues. Try again.

The last time GGG fought off HBO was like 3 months after the last time Ward fought period, and HBO promised never to never let it happen again.

Yeah just like you are willing to make sense in any post you make. Right?

Like calling DeGale, Chavez , Groves and Froch options at 168 for Ward.

Hmm lets see, a Haymon guy who isnt even relevant, a retired guy who Ward declined to fight in Nottingham where it was offered, and 2 UK fighters who can make much bigger money fighting each other at home. :conf

None of that has anything to do with Hopkins having a better paper title run than the Triple Duck. It's not rocket science, Einstein...
