Thats the heart of a true warrior and champion at that!!! Unlike some others who are afraid to face some challenges...and the temerity to proclaim themselves as the best...BS!!!

The Hatton fight will tell a lot about Pac.

Roach may have seen something that makes him think pac can beat mosley. Don't you all forget that freddie has been saying all along that hoya can't pull the trigger anymore but most boxing experts, around 90% of them, didn't believe him and looked what happened? Many of you guys here are guilty if I'm not mistaken LOL.

But the truth of the matter is that it will be bob arum who will have a bigger say on who should pac fight next if ever floyd can't be coaxed out of retirement and he is saying that it will be cotto.

I think the reason is obvious. Why would he give a GBP fighter a chance to beat the pacman. If ever this would be the last fight for the pacman who happens to be his golden goose right now then let another top rank fighter get the honor. And that would be cotto.

I think Pac would beat Mosley by UD. Mosley is not shot like Oscar was, but I don't expect Pac to beat him as easily as he did Oscar anyways. Mosley although not shot is not longer the fighter he was in his prime. Pac can use his superior foot and hand speed to hit and not get hit, win at least 7 rounds, and beat Mosley.

Mosley as strong as he is will not knock out Pac with 1 punch despite what most people think.

Yes...its risky not to mention if PAC wins it will be against in many eyes to a very old and shot fighter! Not that it would be true....just that will be the critisim coming from "Boxing fans". The fight is great....they should make it happen should PAC get past Hatton like I expect...or Cotto. Either of these guys are real threats to PAC just like PAC are serious threats to them. Cotto would be a better choice only b/c he's young...let risky and a better style match up. there will be "LESS" critisim should PAC win...but again...they'll always be "EXPERTS" who know why PAC defied odds.

To everyone counting PAC out......STOP! Sure he's beatable, YES....the man can loose, but without a doubt PAC has proven he has SPEED, POWER and the skills to back up a claim that he can "COMPETE" against the very best at 147 or 140.

If nothing else the kid has an abnormal amount of talent and desire to win...his work ethic is almost legend so with that kind of equation you can't say he's **** out of luck before the fight happens. Cotto, Shane, Marg...whoever! they are great fighters, some better than others but PAC is truly a GREAT in the game for what he's done and how he has done it.

PAC, Shane and Cotto are all guys who have EQUAL chances of winning and/or loosing. Blow out???, MURDER?? Onsided??? For christ sake get a ****ing grip! These fights are even! maybe leaning towards the larger fighters as favorites but to claim PAC hasn't a chance is laughable.

:good...I agree with that! Of course I'm not one of these numb nuts who think PAC is unbeatable nor am I one of these clowns who think PAC gets murdered if he stepped in the ring with either SSM or Cotto. I base prediction on an entire landscape of variables.....and PAC has a bucket load of attributes....sure, the one and only disadvantage the kid has is SIZE...maybe power being that he's moving up to a very unatrural wieght class but his speed, reflexes, talent and athletic abilities are top notch...plus his style is one that will make for a difficult bout for most anyone.

Because he is the best welterweight right now. Pacman always rise to a challenge plus mosley has a world title belt. If pacman beats mosley he becomes a champion again in another weight class :good

Freddy just want to see how fast his Ferrari can go.

For Manny, there's no sense having all these abilities if he won't take it to the breaking point. Seems like he wants the challenge.

Strongly agree! It's suicidal even in financial terms as Hopkins doesn't bring in many fight fans.

DEFINITELY power and don't forget chin and strength. Pacquiao has a slight speed advantage over Shane, but I don't see him going a full 12 with his in and out style and not getting caught. Shane is always more than willing to trade, so all he really needs to do is time Manny coming in and throw when he throws...Something Oscar didn't have the balls or the heart to do...And he can knock Manny out rather easily.
