This is what I fear- a possible match-up of You hit me first...no U try to hit me first.. Possibility of a stinker that has a few moments of excitement. I think Fury may be overly cautious of that right. Wilder maybe be overly cautious of not getting countered to death.
The same thing he did the first time around perhaps, only instead of dropping him twice, maybe he'll drop him three or four times, or maybe just flat-out knock him out cold. It seems as if you're under some kind of delusion and think the first fight was easy for Fury, well it wasn't.
Wilder boxes calm. Until he see's a hurt foe. So I tend to think if Fury shows he is hurt? Out the window goes patience and in comes the This content is protected
Wilder's definitely improved, though it's been a kind of off-kilter improvement that isn't immediately apparent unless you annalyse his fights closely. He's way more patient and picks his shots a lot better, better defence, less winging of punches that leave him exposed. He's always had a very good jab and right hand, technique wise, but he deploys both with much more finesse and doesn't get quite so reckless when he sees an opening. I think Fury's making a mistake coming in heavier. He's not a KO puncher and shouldn't go down that route when what he did before (box and move) worked so well for him. Ah well, whoever wins wins I guess. Not really rooting for either man in this fight now.
Everyone who roots for a fighter seems like a fanboy when you don't like that fighter. In this thread, I explained what Fury should do to win (fight southpaw the whole fight, which would reduce Wilder to pot-shotting with the right). And I pointed out the obvious (Fury doesn't knock anyone out). I don't start dozens of threads a week praising Wilder like a fanboy would. I just comment on the dozens of threads started every week bashing the guy who, in two weeks, will be the greatest KO artist among Lineal Heavyweight champions ever. People get annoyed, because they know I'm right.
That right hand impressed me. It was thrown with good technique and leverage. It was not some crazy, off-balance swing from his feet lucky punch.
I labeled you a fanboy its when you start throwing insults that you are a fanboy. Had you just said you disagree and made your case whether i agree with it or not i wouldn't of seen you as one. I agree with the points you said on fury and i disagree with some of them . but yet you don't see me getting emotional like you did
Another thing. Me saying fury could probably stop wilder isnt bashing him . its an opinion. An opinion you got butthurt over and had to throw insults around because you didn't agree with it ? That's fanboy behavior
I told you to go to bed because you were making embarrassing posts. The only one who is "butthurt" here is you because you keep trying replying to my posts trying to get me to argue with you. Fury isn't going to knock out Wilder. Otto Wallin isn't better than Wilder. Nobody has to be a FANBOY to call out ridiculous statements like those.
If anything you are the only one embarrasing yourself because you dont agree with certain posts then get emotional over them. You are exposing yourself with every posts you write.
That's nice. Thanks for your concern. I'm going to put you on mute now because you're obsessing over me.
I will openly admit I now believe I was wrong about Wilder. He is a lot better than I thought he was, he has improved certain things, he has proved me wrong and to be honest I actually really like the man, he makes me laugh, he is in entertaining fights and he punches ridiculously hard.. it's really hard not to like him and I admit I've tried to sometimes and have been somewhat bias in my opinions. Yes I know he can be a bit cringy at pressers and the screaming is a bit off putting but he has won me over, I'm a bit of a fan of his these days. But in my defence he has looked awful in certain fights and all people (people like me) ever really asked is for him to fight better opponents, since he has stepped up the level of opposition it's been good, very good. OK, I know it took him time to step it up and others have moved a hell of a lot faster, but the fact is Wilder is here now, he fought Ortiz twice and he will have fought Fury twice, throw in Breazeale with a single defeat to AJ and an unbeaten Washington and his resume while not as good as some others in my opinion is getting better all the time and looking more solid. So it's fair to say his last 6 fights (7 in a few weeks) over the past two years is solid enough, so it's about time people gave him some genuine credit, forget all this picking sides, arguments about percentages and all the other crap that goes with this Wilder, Fury and AJ triangle and look at what the man is doing and how he is doing it and just admit to yourself you are entertained. You just have to accept Wilder for what he is, a very explosive puncher, Wilder is never going to box like Fury, actually he is never going to box like AJ but he is going in the ring and producing what most people want to see.. Knockouts. Once you've accepted what Wilder is and what he brings and watch him in that frame of mind and stop tuning in and instantly looking at his flaws or failings and things to criticise you'll enjoy him, you'll enjoy the fights more because you can't take your eyes off the screen for a second because you know you will probably miss something explosive and exciting. So I think it's time to give Wilder credit, it's time for some of us to admit we were wrong, he isn't as bad as we have believed and also there is nothing wrong with holding your hands up and saying "yeah, I got it wrong here" and giving somebody the respect and credit they deserve. *THIS HAS BEEN A PAID FOR PRESENTATION BY THE WILDER FAN CLUB*
If he stops fury ill join the wilder bandwagon. Lol yes wilder is cringey as heck . can you imagine trying to take him to a wedding .. Socially cringy lol
No, your refusal of facts and common knowledge makes you fan boy. Wilder's chin is poor, and ultimately untested, Fury rocked him slightly in the last fight, to say he can't KO Wilder is ridiculous. Quotes like (Wilder) will be the greatest KO artist among Lineal Heavyweight champions ever. Put you on a fanboy level. You can say he's the hardest punching for sure, he's definitely got a case for it, but the best KO artist is a different thing. Tyson, Louis, Dempsey ect might not hit as hard as Wilder, but they were certainly better KO artists, Wilder has one way of KOing somebody, these man were much more versatile, didn't need to throw counters and KOed world class guys. As it happens I agree he'll beat Fury. People get annoyed, because the most exciting and polarising heavyweight champion won't fight young punchers and has literally only fought 3 opponents worth **** in 40+ fights, 2 of whom were old and untested, the other beat him. You're not right, you're a fanboy.
