    Well they ducked Ortiz. They just said they won't fight anyone with a past ped history. But fighting shot Arreola is ok who failed numerous marijuana tests. Wilder is a joke. Ortiz paid his debt.

    Vitali failed a test in the AMs.

    I've no doubt he would pass ANY test VADA threw at him, and Wilder, according to the WBC RULES, could do NOTHING EXCEPT THROW HIS TITLE IN THE BIN or take his @sswhooping by an ATG
