If MVC wasn't banned he would now be writing a thread about Wilder's nice lean body and tight sexy muscles.

Wilder can still KO people even at this low weight, it might only become and issue in the clinches where Fury could over power him. But I don't expect to see many clinches, both fight from a distance, neither will be looking to take the fight to the other on the inside.

Could be vital if Wilder hurts Fury and Fury needs to hold on to survive. If Fury grabs hold of Wilder, Wilder won't be able to do much due to the big weight advantage.

It's supposed to keep heavyweights form getting lazy and consistently showing up overweight. Even though heavyweights don't have an official weight limit they tend to have a target weight for the weigh-in and then leeway room for when they get into the ring. When a heavyweight fighter starts consistently missing his target weight its usually a sign of laziness and it shows in the ring. Joe Frazier and Joe Louis are perfect examples of this. Wilder will most likely be closer to 220 on fight night.

Foreman talking about having to cut weight in the past.

Some heavies like coming in light for more speed, Ali dropped weight for his rematch with Cooper, because he was knocked down in their first bout.

Wilder is too light to fight and too thin to win.

Actually it'll be a close fight but that was fun to say.

Which I don't understand. I thought they would think it would be better just to have at least another 8 pounds.

Fury may be planning on flipping the script by walking Wilder down behind a high guard. Wilder probably isn't expecting Fury to fight that way so if he does he may have made a mistake coming in so light.
He can't get leverage on his power shots if he's being constantly backed up and Fury has the power and strength to bust him up in close.
Its totally unknown how it'll play out. Very interesting indeed

    3 thoughts:

    1. That big security dude looks like he could mangle some people. Wouldn't mind seeing him in action.

    2. Fury, this is heavyweight. Why are you stripping down to underwear and handing off your necklace like a lightweight?

    3. Wilder has never done a serious leg day in his life and at some point that is going to cost him.

Furys at where he should be.....I said he would be 257 hes half a pound from.that.

Wilder had problems his last fight at 215 , he made excuses as well with it.....go figure he said recently he's ready to give up his 0 now he has a very good one here.

This is REALLY Furys fight to win and Wilder doesn't have many advantages here and size isn't one so he just made an inside game much easier for Fury and center ring that harder to control.

Anyone who took Fury should be hapoy, he just gained another advantage. :ggg
