He has fought lower ranked competition since then but looked like he's not even trying and still beat them by miles. He outboxed then stopped Dave Allen when it looked almost like he was having a light sparring session yet Dillian Whyte had a meaningful scrap with him which ended in a decision. To put it into perspective, these step down fights Ortiz has cruised through would still all easily fit within the top 80% of the opponents Wilder has fought so far. Ortiz is a very very good win and I'll absolutely give Wilder credit IF he manages to beat him.
