I'd forgive Peter if it was just the Toney fights, and even if it was just the Toney fights and Wlad. Yet it's not, he's done it his whole career, he throws wide shots that hook around fighters heads. If it's not intentional, it's because he's unskilled, but neither is a good excuse for throwing an illegal punch.

He basically knocked out Taurus Sykes with rabbit punches that hooked to the back side of the head.

Someone needs to warn him to keep his looping shots to the front of the fighter, and if he can't deduct points or DQ.

He's going to hurt someone really bad these days punching that way, and it won't be from a clean shot.

You are right about what you said, but you forgot a couple things for one wlad puts his whole body all 240 plus pounds on the back of peoples head and neck which is illegal. As I already stated in my original posts every fighter uses illegal tactics in fights especially some of the greats such as ali who would hold the back of fighters head while they punched at him, he also would post with his left hand alot which is not allowed something chris bryd would get warned alot for doing. Peter might be a dirty fighter but hes not the only one, alot of the all time greats were.

 

His dirt is dangerous..dirt..not to be messed with...Power shots to the back of the head....:---( no comparison to little rough house dirty tricks that are ok.

 

So your saying a headbutt from holyfield is not dangerous, just ask rahman that after there fight. As far as the Wlad and Peter fight goes they both did things that were illegal nothing knew in a heavywieght boxing match, Wlad turned his back and he got hit on the back of the head perfectly legal. You never turn your back to your oppenent, thats wlads fault that he got knocked down, if it was illegal the ref would of took a point away or at least warned him not counted it as a knockdown.

To a certain degree I agree with what you said, I fell both fighters should have been warned for there illegal strategies in the ring. Wlad for his excessive leaning on Peter and would of explained to him that you cant turn your back and put your head down to avoid punches, I would have also warned peter for his rabbit punches. Both our guilty of dirty fighting in this fight, just peter was more effective at it.

 

That was due to wlad lunging in trying to hold and by doing so turning his head away,

I think its funny that Wlad fans are upset about him getting punched in the back of the head, your oppenents punching and you turn your back and you put your head down what do you thinks going to happen.
