I'm actually sad he's turned into this,at one point can you believe he was Britain's most rising and exciting Sporting Prospect back all those years ago.

He did have dedication, after Prescott that took dedication and balls. He had the ability aswell,so i dont know what went wrong,i believe he never had the right trainers or management team.

No he never he never was a gym rat
He would do camps that he had to do before fights never kept fit all year round
Why would Virgil say he needs to delicate him self more like ward
Why would he make statements about being back on it if he was already ticking over
Time in between fights tells you all you need to know
What about when he left Roach's its to celebrity to many distractions his own words was not living the life etc etc

He had the talent but not the attitude or discipline.

The knockouts he suffered should have humbled him, but they never did.

Think his talent was always vastly overrated, has at best average footwork very poor ring IQ and mediocre power. What covered a lot of his weaknesses was his outstanding speed.

I'd still say he has underachieved since 2011. After beating Judah, Malignaggi and Maidana he had the talent and experience to do more. Even taking into account his flaws.

You might argue he was found out afterwards, but I still think he could have achieved a lot more in the last 5/6 years if he had the right mentality.

Would you say Khan was the quickest puncher in the 140-147 classes that you know of?

Quite possible, quickest legs 100%. He doesn’t have power for 147 that is for sure.

I totally agree with that. Problem with Khan and many of his followers had they honestly believed he was or was going to be p4p elite, and with his lack of skillset and chin that was never going to happen.
