    I'm almost certain he will...

    Margo wants to fight on, and there are a lots of backwater places inside or outside the US that will licence him to fight.
    I mean they licened Tommy 'it's not aids' Morrison for crying out loud! I'm sure Margo would find a place where a one eyed boxer is allowed to fight.

    All these past their prime Mexicans fight on for a few years, beating guys in Mexico.

    Barrera, Morales,Castillo, etc etc etc all did it
