GGG and Danny both want the fight, so I don't think any of the hangups are from their end. I suspect it's more of HBO waiting to see what happens with Klitschko-Joshua, which is a more attractive fight for them. They may not be able to afford both.
True. Prior to meeting Golovkin, his opponent's career high paydays were measured in the tens of thousands. That's the going rate for bums.

I think yes, yes it will. Jacobs is a high risk low reward type fighter. He's already been sparked by Pirog and doesn't have a huge following. He has no real belt and isn't that highly regarded. But he can turn your lights out with one punch. I don't see him getting many big name fights other than against G.
