He signed an absurd contract in order to fight Wlad (he says he made more than twice as much last night) and now he's in a much better negotiating decision. Of course he'll fight the brothers. Guaranteed.
We all know that mate but the ignorant Americans still cannot see it. The morons on this thread were all saying that Haye would get knocked out last night that he had no stamina blah blah. When Haye knocks out Vlad next year the ignorant f*cks on here will say yes he knocked out Vlad but he wont knock out Vitali. Then when he knocks out Vitali the ignorant American f*cks will say yes but Ali and Holmes would have beaten Haye. It will carry on because these ******s havent got a clue about boxing..
I agree with you that is it was a smart business move to fight Valuev as I predicted that Haye would win that fight in Holyfield fashion. It is also a smart business move to make first a few easy title defenses (ruiz, Holyfield,Valuev) and then fight Wlad for MAXIMUM bucks in a couple of years and I don't lame Haye for this.Let's see things from a business point of view, becaue that is was it will probably go down. Let's be realistic and stop the chearleading
Haye doesn't know the meaning of the word fear, trust me he will fight both of them and Wlad is getting knocked spark out
Haye has his left hand too low for Wlad who is much quicker than Valuev. Wlad will likely espose that with a straight right hand although Haye does have a small puncher's chance against Wlad. Haye will never fight Vitali, he has no chance against him. A reason why the ESB boadr has slipped is because of this cheerleading.
I don't think Haye will fight more than once (a mandatory) before going straight for the Klitschkos. He's got complete confidence in his ability so why wouldn't he go straight for the big fights and big money? Now he's in a position where he can get a fight with the Klits without signing away his first-born child, the fights will happen as soon as all the mandatories are out of the way.
I already told you. FIRST, a few easy low risk title defenses (Holyfield, Ruiz, Valuev) and then fight Wlad for even MORE money in a couple of years. Why bother fighting Vitali against whom Haye has no chance. Haye is a smart business man and that is way it will all likely play out. Stop being naive.
Oh well, since you already told me, I guess I'll just bow down to your sage-like wisdom. My opinion (which obviously doesn't carry the same gravitas as yours) is that Haye will try and fight one of the brothers as soon as possible. He's said many times that he only wants to fight for another couple of years and anyway, will beating Holyfield and Ruiz really put him in a stronger negotiating position??? How exactly will fighting these guys drum up more interest ina title unification? "I didn't think Haye could beat Wlad but after seeing him beat a 73 year-old Holyfield, I can't wait to order the PPV!"
The only way Haye would fight the Klitschkos is if he knocked out everyone easily for this next few fights and gets supreme confidence that he could stop them, otherwise he knows they are too big and too good. I was not sold on the Klitchkos before, but now I am seeing how they continue to win no matter who is put in front of them. So time has sold me on them. Especially Vitali.
Haye stated in a radio interview with bbc radio 5 live this mornng that he will fight Ruiz next in roughly march, depending on how bad his right hand is and ruiz's cut. Then he will look to fight Vitali afterwards. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/8349051.stm The guy practices what he preaches! Least we not forget he didnt have his right hand for what looked like 10 rounds. IMPRESSIVE in my book!
- Yes, being a champ with a few title defenses (even against the Ruiz Holys) will put him in stronger position at the negotiations table. It would help build up the fight because Haye has been around longer and beaten a few heavyweights. And most importantly, Haye himself will make a lot of bucks fighting these guys. - Haye will not fight Vitali, because he has no chance of beating. It is a high risk fight in which Haye will probably lose his title and then be where he was before the Valuev fight Haye is a smart business man.The scenario you refer to is highly unlikely.
