I don’t think it will happen intentionally. The penalties are huge and Kell has done the weight right. Both lads are professionals and imo it would be a dirty trick that heavily taints the winner. If it does happen, I reckon it will be out of necessity rather than taking a liberty. I don’t think it makes a difference to the outcome either way. Brook stops Khan in the later rounds imo, no matter how the weight goes.
you would imagine thats a fairly standard and "easy" cut for Brook, and double that with no rehydration clause, id really favour Kell. i was actually leaning towards Khan, even though it pained me to, but the rehydration clause, or lack of, could be a real game changer, i certainly hope so anyway. you'd imagine Kell will bang on at least 10 more pounds, possibly even more.
Yes mate. I think he usually rehydrates from anywhere between 163 and 170 anyway on fight night. And the rumoured rehydration clause was 163. An extra few lbs will heavily benefit him. And to me he looks like he's having a much better weight cut in this camp compared to Crawford one. And we've got to remember he had no nutritionist or Ingle in camp, this time he has. And I think you can tell the massive difference just by how healthier he looks during fight week weight cut process.
