Will Margarito ever be considered unstoppable again?

yeah but the guy who was beaten up eventually gets beaten up again. Once that blueprint is found other guys will use it. When a fighter losses you see another loss soon enough, and then the losses come quicker and quicker. It is rare for fighters to improve after having a long enough career like Margarito, and then being stopped like that.

He never was "unstoppable", unfortunately the biggest wins of his carreer are going to be questioned after the controversy. God gave him a granite chin, and that granite chin rid him as far as MOSLEY!

The shots he took from Cotto, Clottey and Williams yet kept comin' at 'em impressed the **** out of me. I'm a fan of resilience; I'd like to see the guy resurface as that ****in' machine he once was, but that's the extent of it.

I was rather drunk when I refered to him once as a "fly by night chumpion" but the truth is, his brawler approach in the ring was pretty refreshing at the time in a rut period of boring-ass fights.

No. And I never thought he was unstoppable, he always looked limited.

He was never unstoppable before, no one basically is. I think Shane Mosley's gameplan served as a possible blueprint that may encourage others to try it when and if Margarito fights again. But not just anyone can do what Shane Mosley did. He is a rare combination of being small, quick, with big power that can compete with the 154lbs'ers. In addition to this, I think many disregard this fact, but Mosley is from south cali, and like he said going into this fight, he was all to familiar with the Mexican style boxers, he knew how to handle Margarito and it showed.

    No

Mosely treated him like a child, everyone seen the blueprint & Margo isnt skilled or adaptable enough to fight in any other way, he`s pretty much done at the top level IMO - if he was ever truly there to begin with.

The most appealing thing about Margo was his ability to take everything the other man had & walk him down & take his heart & will.... now we know if you hit him enough cleanly, he will go..... thats pretty much all I have to say regarding Margarito.
