I MAKE a research on it and I think acb did it. I think he was a moderator that time and Planned to leave esb because pacd's prediction, the improbable Pac-DLH, was about to come. I think they banned him just to get rid of him so Pacd cant taste the Glory.

The fight won't happen if recent history tell us anything. Just check the list of fighters Floyd has faced since moving past 135, and look at the list of fighters in those divisons he could've faced that were truly at the top at the time. There's no denying, Floyd ducks the best opposition, and finds big names that are either way past their prime(DLH-Mosley), not very good to begin with (Gatti-Baldomir-Judah-Hatton-Bruseles) or guys moving up in weight (Marquez-Hatton-Mitchell)

Guys he could've fought in that time
    Shane Mosley five years ago
    Kostya Tzsyu
Shamba Mitchell at 140 before Tzyu ruined him
    Vivian Harris
    Antonio Margarito
    Miguel Cotto

With the possible exception of Mitchell, none of the guys Floyd fought were as dangerous of a fight as any of those I listed at any given time.
You can bellyache about who's fault you want to say it is that Floyd didn't fight this or that guy, but the one thing that every single one of them have in common is that Floyd didn't fight them. I don't care about anything else. Not getting it done with one guy, maybe two, might be excusable, but avoiding every single tough challenge in order to take on guys with some clear disadvantage does not a great champ make.

the fight will happen. Notice how people said "maybe it'll happen at 135 or 140" but in the end it's Pac who moved all the way up to 147 to make this fight happen.

Who fault is that. Pac pretended to be the small man for much of his career yet he has a history of outweighing his opponents.

Floyd moved through weightclasses undefeated while pac continued to fight the same opposition over and over again. If he would have won his fights quite clear he would have moved through the weights much quicker than he has. It just that his talent wasn't good enough at the time to do this quicker.

Floyd will retire and will be remembered as the P4P greatest ducker of all time. One who pioneered new methods of ducking (Blood testing, fake retiring, smear tactics,).
