As much as I like Oscar and would like to see him fight again I cant even be mad at him not fighting again. If he doesnt, its great. Hes accomplished enoguh to be content with and has a great business career in his sport. Pretty sweet life

Take me to school? No thanks, I dont want to end up stupid like you. You said Oscar should have retired after the olympics? How stupid is that? Oscar is considered an ATG and here you are saying he should have never fought professional? Sorry but you dont know what the hell you are talking about and are obviously just a hater.

Very true. Oscar has nothing left to prove and is set up financially for life. But I still do not think he will want to end it all that way against Pac. At the very least he should give all his fans one last farewell fight against a top twenty or so fighter. Then maybe if he performs well he can step up to top ten. Eventually land a rematch against Mayweather. I and many others had him winning that fight.

Either against chavez jr or to fight and get smoked by rodrigo garcia to add to his fame and resume.

Why? Oscar is only 37 and is still in decent shape. He still has a couple of more good ones. His best days are long gone, of course, but at the right weight he can still perform and maybe even win a title.

oscar was brilliant. he did step up and fight some good champions..however...when they were close and rematches were being begged for...why no quartey or trinidad II?
he got the **** kicked out of him by felix sturm.....and she have never been allowed to fight hopkins....when he could have fought 154 champs like winky and vernon forrest he opted for castellijo and a shot yory boy campas. hes got alot of big name wins...against alot of big name guys that were just names at that point...old...chavez...whitaker (which he didnt even win)
he was probably the most perfect product ever marketed , he did step up from time to time, but fought alot of hore**** in between

He over trained for that fight and had nothing. Only stool you ever sat on had corn in it.
