Got to agree with you. Can't see Adamek getting inside of Vitali and if he keeps trying to get there he'll get floored.
I've been watching alot of VK film & ya know what? He leaves himself open alot, getting ready to punch, after he punches, he leaves his shots hang afterwards, not getting back to a defensive posture. He man can be hit. Nobodies been able to do it, cause his competition has been grabage. He's never been in the ring with a buzzsaw like Adamek.
VK it not that affective when its "in fighting". If Adamek is smart, he'll be right on top of him or a mile away.
I would like to see Adamek get the win. But just can't see him getting close enough often enough without getting severely damaged.
Vitaly was the first to stop Mahone Purity (I think) Bean Sullivan Donald Peter Arreola Sosnowski (I think) Solis Probably a few others, so why not Adamek?
I think that is a key point also. We've seen it since he's moved up to heavyweight, he can be buzzed, but his powers of recuperation are one of his best assets. In both the Arreola and Grant fights he was wobbled to an extent, but that was made almost immediately redundant because, as you said, he's able to shake them off rather quickly. Reminds me a little bit of Juanma Lopez - although Adamek of course has a sturdier chin - in that you can rock him, you can hurt him, but actually getting him out of there is a completely different feat. Taking them from stunned to unconcious is a task that'll be very hard to accomplish as they can recover with such speed. Obviously now that Juanma has been stopped it's not as relevant, though it's still the case with Tomasz.

This is one thing I've noticed about Tomasz ever since I've been watching him in Light Heavy... he performs the best in his fights once he gets hit. I can name a few fights where he is getting attacked and looks wobbled but then comes back and knocks the guy in the same round. It happened with Banks, gunn, and sort of with madalone but madalone was just not on his level at all haha...What im trying to say is that when Adamek looks like he is being overwhelmed, he actually recoups and counters back with even more fierce attacking
Recently Johnson and Briggs went the distance, so if they could, perhaps Adamek and his legendary cheen might, but it might be costly. I like Vitali he's a great champion, but I might route for Adamek this time. People don't give him much of a chance, but the only possible chance for Goral is to outwork and exhaust the bigger man. If it's fought at a distance, either Klitschko will dominate and break down Adamek. At closer quarters, he's going to get hit anyways he needs to make Vitali come to him and as the bigger man moves forward, Adamek has to use angles and use the bigger mans weight against him. But what ever Goral does, do not fight the bigger mans fight and avoid Vitali's right at all costs. I'd gamble and take shots from his left instead of his right. Attacking the body would be golden if Goral would be able to do that. The Klits have a habit of pushing down. If Goral timed it right, just as the big man is pushing down, Goral can step aside and land some hooks or uppercuts. The Klits don't like punches in bunches. Even if they are not ko punches, trying to ko Vitali is not the way to beat him. He was iron chin, but nobody has iron body. Body is vital for Adamek to win.
