Povetkin didn't fail a test, VADA just went against their own rules to provide Wilder with an excuse to avoid Povetkin. Joshua has fought and defeated many PRIME top ten HWs: Parker, Ruiz, Whyte, etc - the very same boxers Wilder avoided! Wilder fought only one prime top ten prime HW, who was coming off a 150 pound weight loss and drug/mental problems, and who actually defeated Wilder despite that!
