The undercard rules, but no... I can't even get it here on PPV if I wanted to. And if I could I wouldn't pay that amount of cash for it knowing that most of it will get into Floyd's pocket, while I pay to see the other guys.
Of course. I'll always happily spend my money to see Money ply his trade, regardless of how little chance I give his opposition, and in this case, it's between slim and none.
$70 isn't a big deal. I was considering going to Vegas for the fight, but don't feel like dropping at least a G over a couple days. Rather save my juice till next year and go big when Mayweather and Pacquiao fight anyways. Just throw a fight party and have people chip in. It really isn't hard to get 5 dollars from a few people. 4 friends and you've already cut the damage by $20. I'm sure you have more than 4 friends.
What this man said. I was gonna write the same thing. If you consider yourself a fan of boxing, you'll buy this. I'm not even really interested in the main event. The undercard sells it. Either way, you gotta see it.
Im having it at my place but I always invite a few buddies.. we pitch in.. make it a little fight party!
i'm heading to Vegas that week, but will be in Lake Havasu for the fight. I can afford $70, that's not the point, though. No matter what, $70 is just over the top for this card. But if the fight does well, say goodbye to $49.95 or $54.95 cards, the price will continue to increase until the public has had enough.
Only for the top TOP fights tho. I would hope HBO et al are smart enough to know that no one in their right mind would have paid $70 for B-Hop - Pascal II no matter how sick the undercard is!
