William Joppy signs with Goosen

    Joppy was fighting at 168 lbs and last I heard he was not coming back down. I'm not even sure he can. He is definately looking for one last title shot, one last payday.

    Are you calling the likes of Jonathan Corn decent opponents? Please, look at these guys records, they are well under .500 and had often not won a fight in years before fighting Joppy.

    Yes, Joppy can beat these type of guys, but will hardly make an impact on the middleweight division now, when he couldn't four or five years ago.

    He said Joppy keeps "getting beat down" against decent opponents...not that he keeps beating decent opponents. Read what he said carefully.

    He last fouyght at 179. I think he might come back down to super middleweight though.
