I hope a Margarito fight comes off with Williams, but it's ridiclious to imply either man is afraid of the other. They have fought once before, and both Williams and Margarito have persued the toughest challenges in recent times. A credit to them both for fighting the best in the 147 division, we haven't seen that in a good while.

Yeah, actually I do. You see, I don't make educated or uneducated guesses unless I'm picking a fight. When I can read the words of the fighters and promoters themselves, I don't have to make an uneducated guess. Nobody cares what you say about Floyd. You sound stupid even uttering the thought or word "threatening" when referring to Floyd's greatness. Whatchutalkinabout.....................Mr?

Antonio Margarito and Paul Williams both make 147 therefore they have every right to be Welterweights. I'll say it again, a credit to the sport for fighting the big names at 147. We haven't seen that since the Tito era.

Neither man IS afraid of the other. AM fans are the ones who seem scared that their man could lose again. Fans just want to see a rematch. Dlh lost to Shane twice, Shane lost twice to Forrest and Wright. Jones lost to Tarver twice. People just want to see the rematch...period.

You'll notice that I wasn't even the one who mentioned Floyd to begin with. I just think it's unfair to discredit a fighter like Margarito, who has been looking for the toughest challenges since day one, and then to hail Floyd who hasn't been persuing challenges at all. I can tell you, the reason Floyd fans are a minority at ESB is because he should have made an attempt to clear out 147. The reason I and a few others respect Margarito is because he backed up everything he said - that can only be commended.

    I hear ya man.

But as long as they can make the weight, it's all good and fair imo.

Margarito has been campaigning at 147 for a very long time - he is a Welterweight.

Margarito will fight Williams again. Stop being cry babys about it. He is not afraid of him period. If that was the case he would have dropped the WBO strap in the first place then faced Cotto. He didnt do that. He fought Williams and lost a close decision. I am sure down the road they will fight again. The only people who claim that Margarito is ducking Williams is the pissed off Mayweather fans. :verysad

I don't even know why Floyd is such a factor in Boxing anymore. He did some great things in his career, but he is retired. Time to move on and appreciate the next line of Welterweights. A new era.
