Just getting myself pumped up for Williams-Martinez 2 tomorrow night, re-watched the first and re-scored it to hype myself up heres my results this time around: Round 1 - Williams 10-9 Martinez. Both scored knockdowns, other than that i felt Williams had a slightly better round and was more active, although Martinez KD was better. Round 2 - Williams 9(19) - (19)10 Martinez. Martinez landing with evreything this round, clumsy round for Williams Round 3 - Williams 9(28) - (29)10 Martinez. Williams more active but missed with alot of his shots, Martinez again very accurate with shots. Round 4 - Williams 9(37) - (39)10 Martinez. Very close round, scraped it for Sergio but Williams landing more shots especially at close of round. Round 5 - Williams 10(47) - (48)9 Martinez. Williams higher workrate and picked the better shots in this round Round 6 - Williams 10(57) - (57)9 Martinez. All even at half way point, felt Williams landed the better punches although its a pretty close round. Round 7 - Williams 10(67) - (66)9 Martinez. Hard round to score, workrates dropped from both, Williams constant landing of the jab swayed round for me. Round 8 - Williams 9(76) - (76)10 Martinez. Good work to the body and eye catching headshots. Round 9 - Williams 9(85) - (86)10 Martinez. Thought Martinez controlled most of the round, a late burst by Williams not enough to win it. Round 10 - Williams 9(94) - (96)10 Martinez. Again with the better shots Round 11 - Williams 10(104) - (105)9 Martinez. I felt williams won the exchanges but was possibly the worst video ive seen on youtube. All over the place it was. Round 12 - Williams 10(114) - (114)9 Martinez. Martinez is gassed, Williams workrate wins the round Well i got it a draw this time round, id originally scored it for Williams on the night of the fight and aint watched it since till now. Should be a more interesting fight this time as they know each other better and have had a full camp to repair. Bring on tomorrow. War Sergio and Williams!!!!!!:bbb:bbb:bbb

yeah, i had Williams before by 115-113 but watching back i felt Sergio was more accurate with his punching although a lot of rounds were close which is why i think there are differences of opinion. Anyway im gonna stick with Williams for fight 2 but wouldnt be too confident either way. Im justy hoping for another good fight to add to this great month so far (barring Haye-Harrison of course)
I had the fight 116-114 Martinez both times I watched it. I'm hoping for some decent scoring this time. With Martinez being the champion and Williams not so much the star any more. Plus the scoring was fine against Pavlik.
i am not a fan of scoring the fights 2nd time. You tend to look for things and not score on instinct.
I'm the opposite. On live fights if it's starting to get a little wide I'll try give the closer rounds to a fighter to make it more interesting for myself. Stupid thing to do though because if a comeback happens you start to doubt what rounds you scored. I've tried to stop now though . I usually don't score live fights now though just try keep a note of who i think is winning.
