Seriously, Williams is in way over his head in this one. He will be thoroughly outclassed. Mark my words. :smoke
I think Williams is the right guy for the job, he just needs to keep his distance. Winky is probably past it. I wouldnt be the least bit surprised if Winky does school him though, if Winky is still as good as he was.
IDK Winky is old as hell, a peak Winky schools him quite easily but Wink has been out for like 2 yrs so who knows.
I'd wish and will be rooting for Winky but seriously Williams is too much for him now.Winky looked real bad with Hopkins.
Of course Winky looked bad with Hopkins. EVERYONE looks bad against Hopkins. Too many people got in the habit of underrating both Winky and Hopkins after that fight. Strangely enough, people are still doing it with Winky. His forthcoming victory against the overrated Paul Williams is inevitable! :smoke
Williams is going to win this solely on punch count. Considering Wink's defense, Williams may not even land 25% of his punches, but the higher work rate will get him the decision. Man, I hope I'm wrong.
No,he looked bad at everything,no legs,no speed,no reflexes, power he never had,I know the weight was an issue but imagine how hard it's gonna be for him to make even 160 now....... Williams won't get much credit for this win, only if Winky shows up good but I doubt it.
I think everything has to be predicated on how Winky reacts to the long lay off......If he anything close to his old form, he dominates Paul imo
Winky is gonna be blocking all of PW's punches, but those punches are still gonna make contact and some of these b_llsh!t fans are gonna go crazy.
This might end up like Taylor Wright did, The high work rate of Williams vs the defensive counter shots from Winky, this is going to be a repeat, However I think Paul does and will have a slight edge, the southpaw factor will help him somewhat, but Winkys a vet he will adjust and readjust if needed.
