    I think Toney's versatility and greater ability to adapt would win him this in a close fight.

    This would be a notoriously ugly affair.

    Winky wouldn't feel comfortable pressuring James becaue he would eat counters, and James never really liked leading the action.

    Throw in the fact that Winky would throw up the turtle shell and it would be ugly.

    However, I see James landing the cleaner, more effective punches, eeking out a close decision that would be contested by many.

    It could look like Toney Vs. Nunn all over again...
    A middleweight James Toney had some serious "Pop".
    (His only flaw was his lack of motivation/training & love of food)

    If I had to pick, I'd ride with Toney.

    It likely goes to a contested decision. I'm going to refrain from voting because it'll be a matter of what type of fighting you prefer, probably.
