(in probability terms)

Winky 52 % Abraham 48 %

Winky 53 % Pavlik 47 %

Abraham 51 % Pavlik 49 %


Like I said, all close.


Winky / Abraham:

Boring, Winky is more skilled, I think he takes the UD.


Winky / Pavlik:

A bit more exciting. Winky is more skilled and has better chin. I favour him for UD.



Abraham / Pavlik.

Somewhat exciting. Pavlik presses the action and takea a UD if it goes to the cards. Kelly has the dodgiest chin of the three, and if Arthur catches him like Jermaine did, it's over.

 

So this was about 10 years ago - Winky ain't B-Hop...

 

winky by UD or abraham by UD in either way..although i don't see winky getting kOed here, much probably gets out worked by abraham..bad fight, he should have taken on pavlik, he has a higher chance against pavlik than winky

 

Should be interesting.. both fighters like to use the turtle shell defense.. I learn towards Abraham because hes not only undefeated.. but younger.. maybe a lil quicker too.. can never count out Winky with his punishing right jab tho.. that thing will kill you.. plus Winky can take a good shot.. real difficult choice to make especially when you have to consider how good Winky will still be.. if Winky can win this convincingly he HAS to be a p4p again..

 

So Abraham looks like to be the first European in a while to go for legacy over money...

Still 5 years ago...btw, thanks for bringing up Lennox. You can compare the state of the heavyweight divsion with today's middleweight division.

I hope, we won't suffer the same destiny with the 160's...for now being in the 5th year of of this mess at heavyweight... :-(

 

Well, lateley there are more and more signs Abraham vs Pavlik is in jeopardy. Pavlik is not set to beat Hopkins and Abraham would have his hands full against Winky. But im not too concerned about Arthur. Winky is more retired than active, i dont see him beating Abraham who is peaking at the moment. Arthur is a good boxer when he needs to, its not a given Winky will outpoint him. If Arthur knocks out Winky, it would be a message.

 

Bad fight for Abraham. Not much to gain, Winky was out for too much, his name doesn't sound that great now and his style is bad for Arthur. He should skip it and either fight Pavlik in January or fight Bika or Andrade at 168. HBO wants him and Winky is an HBO fighter, but it's a bad debut because you just can't look good against Wright.

Yep. Doubt he wins and it would be a boring fight. Pavlik-Abraham should be made in january.

 

Arthur vs. Wright at this very moment is hard to tell... Wright is shot!
I think Arthur is vastly under rated, he'll probably win a close but clear decision at this moment in time.

Pavlik vs. Abraham is a HUGE MW unification fight, I can't wait for it:happy

 

Tell Pavlik's management...Sauerland would love to see AA vs. Pavlik for sure.
