Wlad in his best years by decision. I don't think Witherspoon would get over the top of his safety first approach particularly with the big power in both hands behind it. Wlad has the power to negate an overly aggressive mindset by Tim. I think he'd win a somewhat boring decision. I could probably see him beating a pre ES Wlad tho.
