Don't think he was, I have missed a few rounds of the fight but doubt he was dropped, he was stunned a few times.
Klitschko by decision. I'm not really sure what to predict, this fight came off so randomly I didn't get a chance to think with all the hopes high for a Haye fight. I'll stick with that random prediction. Chagaev is a good fighter, it shouldn't be shocking if he wins or gives Wladimir hell. He wouldn't take this fight and risk his 0 if he didn't think he could win.
OK, 20 minutes to go! Lets get ready for the fight. I have only to look forward to checking this thread so I'm counting on you guys to give me a good description of the fight. I don't have ESPN Classics. My official prediction - Wladimir UD.
Once or twice against Karl Drummond. He has a good chin for the most part but I have the upmost confidence in Wlad's right hand to find it's mark when Chagaev comes in too close in an attempt to inflict some mosquitoe bite offense.
Wlad TKO8 I say. Y'know, I do have to say one thing about Holyfield-Qawi I - didn't Holy say he lost 15 pounds from this fight? Is that medically possible without basically, y'know, dying from chronic dehydration? Qawi was in the same environment but never said he suffered the same thing.
Vlad by methodical, one sided decision. Chagaev is good enough to go the distance but he's not good enough to threaten the Ukrainian Wrecking Ball. Vlad, for his part, plays it safe as he dominated Chagaev tactically with his left jabs.
On one hand, Holyfield is one guy who has been known to consistently stretch the truth. At the same time? Holyfield is one of the few guys who could talk about potentially dodging death repeatedly and I'd believe him.
