Hayes is not even begun talks with anyone, correct? Yes

Let us take April 30 as a date to track back from, lets go back 3 years from that date, OK........

in that time frame, wlad has had 6 fights, were hayes has had 4 fights. Now wlad was injured twice during that time, both times he showed proof, if not for those injurys, we could assume he would have two more fights. Hayes was injured once, but no proof was shown, so i can not give him credit.....so using simple logic, you can assume wlad would have 8 fights to hayes 4, going further then that, if wlad did not trust hayes in the first place, an had a fight in the early part of 2009 as planned, he would now have 9 to hayes 4......
