Because Ibeabuchi would have creamed Lewis. And he'd Kream Wlad even quicker.

Your not beating Ike with hugs and thats the only way Wlad was able to beat a much lesser/slower/lazier/limited/ chinner Ike in Peters.

Ibeabuchi was released from prison in the spring of 2014, and he was supposed to be deported to Nigeria, but instead he was sent to Eloy Detention Center in Arizona -- one of those "for-profit" prisons that likes to keep people jailed so they keep getting paid by the government to house them.

He was supposed to remain there until his deportation papers were processed.

Of course, those papers haven't been processed. Because, if they were, the detention center wouldn't make any money.

More than a year later, Ibeabuchi is still there and hasn't been deported. And the center is known as the most deadliest detention center in the U.S. because of the number of inmates who have committed suicide.

So, after he served his time, he's been imprisoned for more than year by a "corporation" that won't let him leave. A place were people are literally killing themselves to get out of.

    Sounds like hell.

Hard bout to call, considering Ike stopped in '99.
I suspect the bout may have happened earlier than 05 in actuality.
However if we transport 99 Ike into replace 05 Peter, Ill take Ike.
Peter, who was a human sloth impersonator managed to sit Wlad down.
Brewster 18 months earlier had stopped Wlad.
Ike had proven his stamina, workrate and power in the 18 months leading up to his enforced retirement.
It would have been very interesting to have seen how much improvement the 26 year old had in him over the ensuing years.

Not so sure how good IKE was, he looked great against Byrd but Byrd was no puncher. The Tua fight could have gone either way it was close. Vlad had some shaky moments back then but still would have been IKE's most severe test by far.

Ike would have been threat but still would be facing the most skilled fighter with the Best Jab and right hand he ever faced. I think Vlad wins in a McCline type breakdown or a Peter (1st fight type of win

always a chance of a Ike mental break down

I think Ike was an all time could have been. He had the chin and power to go toe to with an in shape and focused Tua, and the skills to track down a tricky boxer like Chirs Byrd and take him out with a sensational KO.

But Wlad is a completely differently aminal as he has much better range, a jab, and can better apply his power thanks to ring skills that Tua could only dream of.

    Who wins?

I'll go with Wlad on points, overcoming a knockdown or two, but if would not be a confident prediction. I think WLad's movement skills and jab's, combined with clinching, has enough to win. Keep in mind Ike was still developing at age 26, and only had 20 fights. He did take a few journeyman the distance.

yeah I see it as a close fight, Ike wouldn't be easy for Vlad to over power in the clinches as he was used to.

Great fight on paper, would of loved to see it :bbb

    Chris Byrd disagrees with you.

    Ike would obliterate Wladmir.

Ike has the style advantage here.

Whether he is elite enough to make that advantage work to his favour is a total unknown.

We do know he could corner Byrd and out slug Tua. We just don't know how his style works against a SHW or how his consistency would work long term.

It's so hard to say but i have to favour the more proven man.
