first of all relax, beating kongo is nothing too impressive, and frank mirs ground game is overrated, his bjj credentials arent very impressive and he hasnt subbed anyone worthwhile in his career, not to mention he got beat at grapplers quest in 03 by ****in roy nelson, when mir was supposed to be at the top of his bjj game before his accident, mir is nothing more than a guy thats always gonna be in the picture and in or around the top ten, but really isnt a serious contender

Mir was a highschool state wrestling champion. And while BJJ wasn't really intended to be a discipline based on brute strength, there's quite a few submission artist out there that are very strong but still rely on technique (Mir included) and brute strenght is a plus. You can never go wrong with it. I thought you would have already known something like that.
