if we are talking about two elite fighters, 2 undefeated fighters and Bernard Hopkins come to my mind, floyd mayweather and joe calzaghe.
now let's get this straight, i think calzaghe sucks ass, but his record says otherwise and so i don't mind calling him an ELITE fighter, though i don't think he's an ATG. but he had a tendency of trying to counter jabs with a right hook, and hopkins put him down in the first round for it and could've done it again throughout the first five rounds had he just followed his jab with the right like he did with the knock down. he landed the combination several times thorughout the first rounds. a younger hopkins could've exploited it more.
floyd mayweather jr on the other hand, is almost flawless. however, he has a tendency to throw a reaching jab to the body. he uses this to get his timing and range down and also to bait his opponent into dropping their guard low so he can throw an overhand right. a skilled opponent can step out of the way of floyd's jab and land an over hand right as floyd is completely exposed when he throws the jab to the body. mosley owuld be wise ot capitalize on this.
Bernard Hopkins simply needs to stop clinching after he lands a right hand. his right hand usually stuns his opponents, so it seems like clinching afterwards is just doing them a favor.

as well as stepping straight back, keeping his hands low, and sticking his chin out.

Later in career: Took too many breathers, allowed himself to take too much punishment, and layed on the ropes.

Carl Froch leaves his hands down a lot and hes not a really fast fighter, that drives me insane.

Margarito smiles everytime he gets hit. Instead of smiling he should maybe ... i dont know... punch back?

Leaving the left hand low isn't a habit its more of a tactic same as Klitchsko having his arms at his waist,

the only one to catch floyd going after that jab to the body was zab on that non called knock down but you have a point about it he is exposed, for that second, but that jab to the body is the key to him winning all his fights, he is one of the few fighters quick enough to pull it off but that is the best punch in boxing to me period, most people like the liver shot ie cotto, or strait left, but listen to big George in any of the fights he used to work talk about getting jabbed in the pit of your stomach, it takes more out of you than getting hit in the face

I like these two. Margo smiling is kind of funny, even when Shane knocked him to **** he was smiling.

Froch employs the stance of a guy with fast hands but is probably average in handspeed at best. Saying that, he throws from odd angles so maybe that's why he keeps his hands out of sight and mind.

cotto's guard because he allows for uppercuts everytime he was in trouble it was because of uppercuts he should have had that flaw worked on by the time he fought pac but low and behold he got caught with that same punch

Any fighter that holds there hands by their waist most knockout happen when a guy is pulling back with his hand by his waist, even some elite level fighters still have this basic flaw Roy and a few others paid for it dearly if williams or martinez had more pop that fight would not have went the distance, Froch got a great beard but do that **** to kessler and and he will lose his 0 just like in b-ball hand down man down

MAB has a little crook in his elbow in his left arm, it's like he can't extend it all the way or something and it raises his chin a little when he jabs. He seems to be aware of it though and it never became a problem.

Vitali Kitschko can't shut his damn mouth to save his life. It's amazing his jaw hasn't been broken off the hinges.
