    DLH vs. Tito
    Holyfield vs. Lewis
    DLH vs. Mosley 2
Hopkins vs. Wright ( a night of headbutts, holds and fight avoidance all orchestrated by an old man.)

if people think dlh-whitaker, dlh-mosley 2, hopkins-wright, mayorga-spinks, golota-byrd, mayweather-castillo 1 and pacquiao-marquez 1 are the worst robberies that have seen, they must not have watched a lot of boxing.

    try watching something like escalera-everett 1, holyfield-lewis 1, or nelson-fenech 1, or coggi-gonzalez 1, which tops them all.

I think that's the best thing about that fight. Pavlik was set up to LOSE and he STILL knocked that fool the **** out.

    **** DiBella.

Worst ones Ive ever seen are...in order.

1- Jones @ the Olympics (all robbery discussions begin and end with this one)
2- Whitaker - Ramirez 1 (seriously, this was arguably a shutout win for Pernell, yet he somehow lost???)
3- Reid - Ottke (Reid was warned for HITTING Ottke...not hitting on the break, or hitting low...HITTING HIM!!!!)
4- Whitaker - Chavez (it being a shutout and STILL one of the worst robberies shows how bad it really was)
5- Holyfield - Lewis 1 (and this is coming from a HUGE Evander fan...so....for me to recognize that...I felt sick after hearing the decision. Lewis won easily)

Just off the top of my head of course.

But touching upon something said in this thread, how is Hopkins - Wright a robbery? It was a simple...and I mean SIMPLE fight to score. There is no concievable way to give Wright the nod. Some people on this sight amaze me. I mean, you watch boxing obviously, but do you know HOW your supposed to score a fight???

No it doesn't. Other than a few nuthuggers, it's pretty clear that it was a close fight.

Forbes-DHop was another recent one I haven't seen mentioned yet.

Biggest I've seen myself was Augustus-Burton. I was at Casamayor/Santa Cruz and actually also scored the bout for Casamayor (very close), but I was at a different angle than the cameras. I can see where people were pissed though.

I'm also surprised nobody's brought up Abraham-Miranda yet. I personally think the judges scored it correctly, but I can see the argument where it should have been a KO when Miranda broke Abraham's jaw, but instead he gave him 5 minutes to recover on a bunk low-blow. Horrible officiating that fight.

    Damaen Kelly v Simone Maludrottu

Truely an aweful decision - Kelly was never the same after it - I'll never forget the interview with Kelly after the fight, he was the picture of a man with his heart ripped out, I thought he was he was going to cry

The second Leonard/Hearns fight was a big one.
The Tito/DLH fight. Running does not magically erase rounds won.
Sturm/DLH. Though Sturm sucked with his one punch/jab and never really tried to put together anything else he should have won.

Holyfield - Ruiz 2 was bad. Not because of the scores. Those seemed pretty fair. It was a robbery because Evander knocked out Ruiz with a legitimate body shot, and Ruiz immediately started acting like he had been hit low. Norman Stone was screaming about the shot being low, and Joe Cortez went along with it.

Evander was robbed of a nice KO.

In addition, I think the first Holyfield-Ruiz decision was fair. Evander did enough in my eyes to win it. But because he didn't dominate the way he was expected to, more people cried foul over the verdict.

And finally, I had Evander winning the 3rd fight 8 rounds to 4.

So, to me, Holyfield should be 3-0-0 against Ruiz instead of 1-1-1.

Of course, the real losers were the fans, for sitting through 36 rounds of Holyfield-Ruiz.
