75 dollars for a 2 hour TV program is bull****.....

A brand new movie costs 11-13 @ theaters
Cable is like 40-50 a month

Assuming that people are complaining about the 75 dollar price tag as expensive because they can not afford it shows extremely shallow and simplistic thinking on you're part....

People are complaining because 75 is quite steep in terms of relative entertainment value compared to other options. If a brand new film with a budget of 100 million costs 13 dollars to view..... Than how can this boxing match justifiably cost 75?

No, people with good jobs (or money) don't sit around b!tching about $75 on a nights' worth of entertainment.

Concert tixs will cost more than much. A dinner with your lady (couple of drinks, split appetizer, 2 entrees) at a nice restaurant costs most than that. A night out with your boys at the club (cover charges, 4-5 drinks, tricking money, after hours food,) costs that much. Here in Chicago, you spend a minimum of 25 to 30 bucks on parking and cabs to hit the hotspots downtown. MINIMUM.

For 75 bucks, you just watched the best in the business, in a sport you supposedly love, masterfully apply his craft against arguably the toughest challenge that could be made. Oh, and you also got one the best fights that come be made in boxing (Garcia/Matthysse) on the undercard.

    And you're b!tching about it.

Like I said, get your weight up, or pick a cheaper hobby to watch. You ain't built for this.

    Yes it was.

Entertaining one sided main event with an entertaining co main event.

Ishe vs. Molina, as predictable as any fight in recent memory, completely sucked to watch.

Theophane vs. Cano is no worse than most PPV's 3rd or opening undercard fights.

Just to remind people: Ali vs. Foreman was on free TV (as PPV wasn't available yet). 1000 times more drama, 1000 times more entertaining. And free. $0.

I can tell that you are uneducated and a very shabby salesman. I hope that the may weather team pays you a decent salary. Perhaps you can save some of this money and get an education. You see.... You're post smacks of cheap street smarts, yes it may work on some.... I see through you're misdirection and lies though.....

Just an observation, when you use words such as "weight" and "built for this", it highlights you're lower class. When dealing with people you are trying to convince, that runs counter to you're goals.

You seem like an ambitious guy, why waste you're time making pennies working for may weather?

I'm a sucker because I'm not hurting when I spend 75 dollars on a fight?

Get your weight up, son. Being broke, and hating on those that ain't, is a bad life plan.

Very happy to live in Europe for once. We might be screwed over with the €, but at least we don't get screwed over overpaying for big fights.

Some people here can't see the point that you refuse to pay $10 for a candy bar doesn't mean you're broke, it just means you're not stupid.

I know rich people who would have balked at $75 for that PPV.

Even if you have the money, you shouldn't spend it like a sucker Money is too important to give freely to the greedy.

I have plenty disposable income, yet I still believe that 75 dollars for 2 hours of TV is too far. I'd rather use my money on things such as health insurance and a 401 k

I really. Hope that you are just some dumb kid trolling. If you are a grown man then I will pray for you :-(

Sounds just like something a person who doesn't have it would say.

Just because YOU don't want to spend the money on it, doesn't mean that people are 'suckers' for buying it. That's just hater talk right there.
