Why all of the sudden such unwarranted test suddenly becomes important for the sport, if so it could have been address to sporting authorities/commission not just because of someone'e whim. It's too much of a coincidence that all this bs suddenly emerge when a crackhead accused Pac of peds after his ward was put on canvas.

In all honestly Pac should not have obliged for the testing in my opinion and just let history, when both fighters retires, do the verdict as to who has the better legacy and who really avoided the fight.

No, and here are some excuses
    1. Floyd was always too big for Pac
    2. Pac had the wrong socks or gloves
    3. Pac wasn't prime

How he fights either guy depends on how the other fights back. I don't think there's that huge a different on how he fought them. Shane became gunshy and just didn't do squat. JMM tried, but couldn't.

Could be. His style isn't made for longevity, that's for sure. But I am looking forward to see how both Cotto and Margarito rebound.

Didnt read LOL. I think Floyd would get credit from most, but there are clueless ****** morons like puga ni nana who would provide 3 dozen or more excuses. 3 of them were listed at the start of the thread.

floyd would get big credit even by fighting pacquiao. pacquiao is naturally smaller than floyd but the fact is, he is more proven as a welter than floyd is now.

It's no longer a question whether Floyd gets credit or not. He needs to fight him or be labeled a coward for the rest of his life.

    Bull****ing****.

How the **** is he more proven than Floyd? Margarito is a shot bum, Clottey refused to throw more than 5 punches because he was paid off, Mosley just suffered a hellacious beating and was given a gift against Mora, Mosley simply couldnt fight.

The only credit Im prepared to give Pac @ WW is for Cotto, and even then it wasnt even @ 147, and clearly Margo took alot out of Cotto.

Giving credit to Pacquiao for beating Marg & Clottey just because they are bigger doesnt ****ing slide with me. A win doesnt mean a **** if your opponent aint got no ****in skills and dont know **** about baxin'.

So old Mosley, JMM, Judah, Baldomir and Hatton were better?

I'd rather see them fight. I think you're cool with it never happening because you believe Pac would probably lose and you don't wanna see that happen. The statement above officially pushes you into nuthugger category and out of the boxing fan category. No REAL fan would ever want the biggest fight between 2 of the best fighters of this generation to not happen. Especially if the only thing holding it up is drug testing. How long have you been a supposed boxing fan?

    Mayweather

    Mitchell
    Judah
    Baldomir
    Hatton
    Marquez
    Mosley

    Pacquiao

    DLH
    Cotto
    Clottey
Margarito (pac weighed as a welter)
    Mosley

the cotto win alone is better than any of floyd's win at WW. it is even better than any of floyd's career wins aside from coralles.

Yes they clearly were. They could atleast fight back.

Floyd was avoiding Mosley until he beat him up. Floyd was avoiding Hatton until he beat him up. Floyd was scared of Baldomir and was avoiding him until Floyd beat him up. Floyd already had a contractual agreement to fight Judah, EVEN BEFORE Judah fought Baldomir, thus had to fight him anyway.

Surely even you agree, that Hatton, Judah, JMM, Baldomir & Mosley pressed the action more than Margo, Clottey & Pacquiao's Mosley were able to?

If you dont, you are stupid or simply blind to facts.

Pacquiao gets a pass far too often, yet even if Floyd did it first, he gets flamed.

There shouldn't be any excuse if the two fight and Floyd wins.. and vice versa. I want Pacquiao to win, but if Floyd beats him when and if they fight, I'll give him all the credits that he deserves. No excuses.

But.. I'll consider him just the better fighter.. but not the better man. He is not someone people will ever consider as the face of boxing. Boxing, as a sport, should bring people together. Floyd Jr does not unite people. He divides.
