Martinez should fight the germans Sturm, Zbik or Sylvester he would beat all 3 on one night.

Bute is too big and can't make 160.
168 would be too much for Martinez

Golovkin is great but a Martinez fight comes too soon now

I think Pirog would be very dangerous, cause not only does he know how to roll inside, he has the attitude that he comes to make you fight, now because of his ability to roll inside with that perpetual head-movement whilst applying pressure, I think Martinez, with his unorthodox style, would have trouble zeroing in with his accuracy, particularly as he does not have a much of a jab to stabilize Pirog's head movement, only reservations I would have, is how Pirog would handle his southpaw stance.

I'll be honest, I dont rate Martinez anywhere near as much as others seemingly do. Also worth pointing out, that Martinez is 35 now.

That would be great but I don't think Sturm or Sylvester want it.
They make enough € with easy fight in germany

Hassam N'Dam N'Jikam vs Pirog would be interesting.

Hassam N'Dam N'Jikam is a bit like Pirog in terms of, he has skill, but is also a tough SOB with the attitude to war if he has to.

Would like to see how their skillsets match up against each other stylistically, although I think Hassam N'Dam N'Jikam might be more skilled.

Nope, before the Jacob's fight I had never heard of him so I watched a couple of his fights on Youtube. Even in knocking guys like Goundo out, he only threw single shot's and rarely put his combinations together. The only time I have seen him fight actively is against Kofi Jantua.

I would like to see Pirog in there more than any other Middleweight. He's got the style to create a great fight with Martinez, and he's well capable of it. He just needs to be given the chance. Even with a strap now though, he's still not worth the risk for most Middleweights.

I think Pirog has skills, but he's too green, and his movement isn't up to par with Martinez, who is a southpaw as well which presents even more challenges.

Pirog also lacks handspeed. I think a strong pressure fighter is the guy that can best take care of Martinez, but to be honest, he's lookin pretty untouchable at this point.

I think Martinez would score a pretty clear UD over Pirog. Sergio's hand and foot speed would probably be to much for Dimtry.

Pirog cannot fight going backwards! LISTEN UP! Pirog cannot fight going backwards. I've been trying to get that point across since before the Jacobs fight! Pirog cannot fight off the back foot. Pavlik knocks his ass out.

Based on Sturms last couple fights I think Felix is past his best. Sturm at his absolute best would jab his way to a boring UD. (Think! Danny Jacobs was out boxing Pirog!) Pirog would probably stop the current version of Sturm.

    Pirog slaughters Sylevester.

While Martinez sits on his ass and does nothing? Doesn't seem fair to rob Martinez of the income.
