Would there have beena KO with Reyes Gloves?

For either fighter last night?

I wanted Mosley to win, I thought he had a chance, Hats of to Mayweather he was class. I dont see anyone at 160 down with a chance really now.

No. you see I don't believe floyd uses "pillow" gloves solely because of his fragile hands. I believe he uses it because of his defensive style, bigger gloves cover more punch and damage. If you switch him with a puncher's gloves, floyd's defense would get more easily (more easily not easy though) penetrated, which will result on floyd running and making less encounters, which will take him to UD anyway.

 

I own a pair of Grant fight gloves 10oz, and we have reyes fight gloves at my gym, and they all hurt like hell. There is really no difference, in power between them in my humble opinion.

 

nah he's not referring to the fragile hands, he's probably talking about round 2. he means "what would've happened if floyd got caught with those shots using a punchers gloves".

not really, i guess my opinion doesn't stand on a good foundation. if you've been hit by either, tell us about it. It makes for a good discussion. would you say reyes glove being branded as a puncher's glove is a myth in boxing?
