They can sell the fight quite easily, the man who beat and KO'd roy jones fought a triology with Clinton woods, fought in the super 6 and recently lost to froch. Glenn johson on his night would stop cleverly but a 43 year old version i'm not so sure

even though he "lost" to Campillo I still maintain Cloud would beat Cleverly.

Johnson is too good of an opponent to bring over, plus Cleverly would lose, Fwank the ****, will never let that happen, he's content with **** opponents and then has the cheek to charge for it, slowing killing British boxing in the process.

What a load of garbage the fight fans were given. The Yank didn't have a chance and Frank and Clev knew it.Bull****.

  14. The thing is, a fight with Johnson wouldn't really sell.

Looking at his record (and record alone) you'd assume he was crap, with nearly 20 defeats. People aren't inclined to watch footage and think ''he beat X, Y & Z, and was ripped off against A, B & C''.

Karpency on paper looks like a better opponent, 20 odd - 2, and NEVER BEEN STOPPED, so he must be hard, after all.

If and when Cleverly was inevitably beaten up and stopped by Johnson there'd be a huge dent in his marketability for quite some time.
