No idea if its still there, but when all this came out mannys website had put out a story saying manny hadn't signed anything
I'm sure they did, haha. With all the news sources claiming so, the Bradley contract extension, knowing Pacquiao's horrible business decisions in the past, and knowing Arum and his business like we do, it seems pretty obvious to me that the Pac extension did get signed. Once again, hope to be wrong. But I doubt it.
what a coincidence? problem started when pedjr was pressured to fight pac:rofl pac fought gbp founder no problem. that's much i can say.:good
Mayweather fights in September and May. Predictable that Pacquiao is already touting a date he knows is never gonna happen. Nearly as funny as when Arum and PAC decided to try and make the Mayweather fight in June, when he was in prison... Because of a made up cut
I told you guys Mayweather paid Bradley off to renew his contract so he won't have to face him. Arum and Mayweather are still buddys and business-partners, but you guys just don't get it...atsch
Yeah. Remember how that fight happened? Pac was signed with Top Rank, then signed with Golden Boy for the Oscar fight, and ended up having to pay both of the promoters while only actually being promoted by Top Rank. He lost out on something like 10% of his purses for his next four fights after Oscar because of that dumbass move. Pac signed his second then-ongoing promotional contract while out on a dinner date with Oscar. Rumor has it the persuasion was finalized by Oscar pulling the ol' Don King and showing him the cash in a bag.
I mean Bradley wanted to commit suicide after his robbery win I mean wtf? What if he loses this fight? God forbid.
That's gotta be some great motivation to be visited by Floyd before a big fight. Tim sounds like he's ready and eager to show the world his last outing against Manny wasn't the real Bradley.....I'm sure he will make everyone proud, but in a losing effort. It should be a great fight!
Well FLoyd says he's his own boss and even though GBP has been his co-promoter in every one of his fights since 2007, he's still not directly represented by them. Which means even if this cold war continues for the foreseeable future, FLoyd still has the power to negotiate with fighters from other promotional companies. My true wish for his last 3 fights is him taking on the winner of the Pacman-Bradley followed by the winner of Martinez-Cotto at maybe a 156 lb catchweight for the MW title and than for his final fight, whoever is considered the best challenger for him at that point. He can do a lot for his overall legacy if he picks the right fights at the end of his contract.
No, they SAY that they do becuz they know certain people would be impressed to hear it. They know Floyd's stipulations... Manny hasn't met it... At the end of the day, the best chance this fight had of being made was set for March of 2010... Manny walked away, Floyd didn't.
Exactly, everyone saying Floyd is ducking but Manny is the one who chose to fight Josh Clottey instead because he decided he didn't like needles that week. 100% fact, Mayweather signed his side of the contract
