We already know that one of the athletic commissioners examined this guaze and stated "it wasn't hard like I was expecting". Illegal yes but blown FAAAAAAR out of porportion absolutely. It wasn't blocks, cement, plaster or anything like what was leaked. The person who anylyzed and who was put on record had no reason to lie...especially with the evidence available to be looked over on the spot.

Capetillo did what any father or "father like" person would do if the kind of **** storm that has transpired took place to "Protect" their son. Capetillo didn't wrap the hands legally....point taken, but to be ACCUSED of plaster, blocks, cement like substance when that is clearly not the case is a bit over board. What Capateillo did was "EAT" the entire charge at his own expense to ensure his "son" didn't get cheated out of making a living. Nothing hard to comprehend about that at all. I knew from jump no matter how serious or how minimal the outcome Capetillo would be taking 100% blame as he did.

 

After every fight! After a wet piece of guase especially with Sweat is dried it becomes stiff. Not hard like cement or being treated with plaster but just stiff. Almost like your towels being dried in the dryer without fabric softener.....bottom line it was illegal..."OK"...but given the outcome this should be treated with everything put into perspective.
